Please understand that if one is overdue for follow-up (i.e. did not follow-up as recommended), refill requests will usually be denied
until one is seen for follow-up.
In general, it is recommended that one contact their pharmacy to request refills. If there
are no refills left on your prescription, the pharmacy will then contact our office to request your refill. In general, requests are
handled within 1-2 business days.
On-Line Refills: This is a new service offered by our practice. We hope this will be a value for
our patients. As it is a new service, we will be monitoring it closely to best serve you.

requests -- the requests are reviewed once daily.

- We recommend calling your pharmacy in 1 business day to see if your prescription
was called in. If the pharmacy has not received your refill after 2 business days, please contact the office by phone.
