Sleep habits impact on skin

New study shows that poor sleep habits may have direct impact on one’s skin. The Cleveland Plain Dealer (7/23, Townsend) reports a study that shows that people who don’t get enough sleep are more likely to have skin that ages more quickly and be less healthy.
